We currently ship within Germany, throughout the European Union, to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
All orders are shipped with DHL and include tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.
All prices include applicable VAT. No additional payment is required upon delivery within the European Union.

RETURNS
If something isn't quite right, you have 14 days after receiving your order to return it.
To start a return, email us at returns@vestirel.com with your order number. We'll guide you through the next steps.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incomplete.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with all original packaging and components included.
Once we've received and inspected your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
